accounting technician certificate

Actually, what happend is that

There are many institute in India, which are providing certificate called CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANT

That's why ICAI think Why not we shuld start this?

There is no impact on CAs

The benefits are for those students who due to some reasons cant complete CA course. They can get the job as accountant in MNC and good companies. It is also great help to the CA who either supervise the accountants in a company or audit of the company in which these are employed. Reason is they are professionally trained.

I think it will have positive impact on qualified chartered accountants. They cant replace CA but give the help to the CAs.

I dont agree with this

at d current situation of so called rightsizing or job cuts only this ACC TEC cert will not be enough for a license to enter the mnc world

i hv already applied online 4 the accounting technician certificate to icai but how can i know the status of my application??

has anyone got the certificate till now??
