Dear Manasa,

There must be difference of Date of incorporation between you and in Income tax records.

you need to first check out the PAN Card allotted than only you can be sure what the Incorporation Date is exist in Income Tax Departments Database.

this is the only way. otherwise you need to apply for change in pan data. thru correction form. if you don't have the Correct Incorporation Date you can check the same thru MCA.gov.in also.

I thought the same indeed but the date of incorparation matches with the PAN copy . Do u think still there would be any problem.

ONE POSSIBILITY MAY BE MISMATH OF DATE OF FORMATION BETWEEN U AND IT DATABASE.

2ND POSSIBILITY MAY BE U R ORGANISATION HAVE CHANGED HIS NAME IN PAST THEN U HV TO ENTER NEW INC DATE.

Thanks Ashish Sharma for providing me the Deparment help line no: 0124-2438000, I could not open one of the ITR V, as Manasa and sent one mail to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in , but no response from them. Today I contacted the above help line number. They provided the date of birth of the assessee as per IT data base and got  the problem solved. Thanks for information.
