I want to know the exact procedure of rechecking of papers of nov attempt 2013. plz help me

Write application in your own handwriting and mention there which papers you want to apply for verification then scan this application. After this login to icaiexam website, fill necessary info and select the papers as mentioned in your application for verification then upload this scanned image and pay fees online.

Yes..you can also send physical application to ICAI. You need to pay fees by DD if you opt for this route.
