if person was hospitalized and diagnosis in discharge summary says CKD ESRD as one of the illness and main consltant was heart specialist but cross consultant was nephrologist, tests in hospital were done for heart as well as for creatine urea ,urine examination, person didnt take dialysis as other complications ere present and was rleased once condition was stabilized so then can the hospital bill be claimed in 80ddb as well as 80d? as they didn't have insurance cover for it? is a certificate from government doctor too needed to make this 80ddb claim? plz advice
