The question that the TDS applicable on professional fees u/s 194J above Rs. 30000. Can anyone suggest that the tax applied i.e. 10%, on increamental from Rs. 30000 or complete Receipt.
Ex.- Receipt is Rs. 55000, then Can anyone suggest that the TDS applicable on Rs. 55000-30000=25000, or complete Rs. 55000? Plz help.

TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED ON RS.55000/- @ 10% = 5500/-
AMOUNT PAYABLE AFTER TDS 55000-5500=49500/-
REGARDING EVERY SECTION OF TDS IF AMOUNT IS MORE THEN HOLD LIMT TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED AS SAME ABOVE
