Hello Friends,
My Query Related to TDS on Salary.My Client who's registered office is in india also branch office in china and he is paying salary to an employee who is residence of china.is tds deducted or not more important that salary should be transfer from Head office which is in India.So let me know any liability to deduct TDS or not
