19 September 2016 the moment when people wanted to be protected from inroads, they elected a chief and the people in volition wanted to feed him and his forces to ensure they concentrate in the well being of the very people; the people themselves gave a part of their food grains on a regular basis to maintain the chieftain and his forces like soldiers, horses and the like that way was born the idea of self taxing that became future 'taxation'; that gradually grew into forced taxing the public and yet people slowly accepted with revolting. Taxation is thus born.
