For a person who has earned salary in Mauritius for 6 months and returned to India also earning salary here. What will be tax treatment of salary earned in Mauritius? Whether any article in DTAA in this regard? Whether income earned in Mauritius to be shown in ITR to be filed in India? If yes should it be shown under salary only and what will be conversion rate?

Yes income earned in Mauritius is included in salary head in Indian ITR and relief can be claimed in for any tax paid in Mauritius.
