Payment under rcm on carriage inward and outward

03 August 2017 Under existing law GTA service on carriage inward and outward is paid by recipient under reverse charge and abatement @ 70% is available and take credit service tax paid on 30% on carriage inward and not on outward. What will the treatment under GST law for the above matter. Also suggest what % of tax is to be paid under RCM and will take any credit for the same or not.

03 August 2017 5% GST payable under RCM no abatement. ITC can be claimed on such payment.

03 August 2017 Dear Sir,
Kindly inform me that we have to pay GST @ 5% under RCM on carriage inward and outward Value but whether it would be IGST or CGST and SGST. and what is the procedure for payment of GST.

I request you that please inform me that carriage is within state or outside is irrelevant. We have to pay IGST. ? Also suggest me the how to pay the GST i.e payment procedure.

Thank you for clearing my concept for queries. Kindly Let me inform that Whether we have to pay 5% GST on RCM ,at payment time we have to pay 2.5% SGST & 2.5% CGST ? If yes, let me also inform me the due date of payment of this tax.
