We are currently paying Press release bill to a company ie PR Newswire. What will be the TDS rate ? is 194J or 194C

HOWEVER IF IT IS ADVERTISING CONTRACT TDS CAN BE DONE AS PER 194C

if service availed involve any professional work tds 194J will be applicable
