04 June 2014 a employer is paying lic,mediclaim , ppf and child expenses of his employee some in cash and some in cheque and also giving salary so while filing the employee income tax return for fy 2013-14 we have to considered only basic salary or we have to cosnsidered also lic,ppf,mediclaim and child expenses which is paid by thier employer with salary to calculate gross income of employee pl explain

04 June 2014 everything is to be included but in appropriate salary head. certain payments may get covered perquisites.
