17 October 2020 A un registered dealer gst liability April-2019.but dealer new registered composite scheme in gst act October-2020.
Question:
1.dealer two different periods (april-2019 to September-2020) gst tax payable compulsory.if two different periods turnover show producer in composite return.

Based on what you have written, I can infer that Dealer was liable for GST registration from April 2019. But he took registration under composition scheme in Oct 2020.
So whether he has to pay tax from April 2019 to Sept 20? Can he show the full till turnover in Oct 2020 return ?

First of all why you think that dealer was required to take registration in April 19? Whether dealer crossed the minimum threshold limit for GST registration?

Dealer should ask Department to grant you registration from April 2019 and accordingly dealer should file all the gst return and pay tax accordingly.

19 October 2020 Then as mentioned above, ask assessing officer to grant registration from April 19. And then pay tax.
