good day ramesh i have sold a commercial property and its a long term capital gain, now i want to save capital tax how can it be done , also i have a residential project in mind which i can book now and possesion will be after 3 years . so wanted to know if i get the allotment letter from the builder then my 3 years period starts also if i sell before 3 years this booked house do i have to pay any tax or if sold after 3 years from allotment letter
