hi ramesh pls help me i want to open a current account in name of franchise business how to apply for the same. presently i m paying company from my saving bank account. i return co. pay my tds directly for commision which i get.

i purchased open plot in 2010 for Rs. 80,00,000/- and given for development in 2013. the builder allotted 10 flats worth rs.1.75 cores and i sold the same flats in 2013-14 for Rs 70 lakhs and in 2014-15 for Rs. 1.05 crores financial years. I purchased the open plot in 2013.14 for Rs. 65 lakhs and again i purchased the open plot for 80 lakhs in 2014.15.

I have que regarding tds on clearing and forwarding exps amt 100 sevice tax 14.5 total 114.5 than we should consider 100 rs for calculating threshold limit for tds deduction please reply soon

Dear Sir, I got your Id from Ca Club. We are the manufacturer. and we are paying service tax on freight which is not paid by the service provide.do we need registration for it in service tax.for depositing service tax.
