hello. i am a student of ca final appearing in nov 2010.my articleship ends in oct. now i hav found out that my firm is going for dissolution and the principal under whom i am registered is leaving the firm and he is moving out of the present city.so wat will be the effect on my articleship status since i am to fill my form now and wat are the steps and procedures to be adopted by me ...plz help....

Dear sir , PLs answer my 2 Queries 1) I was working as a commission Agent i had filed my it return of 08-09 on Aug 09, in which i had paid some amt as a tax , now by when can i expect my INCOME TAX REFUND ,do i have to go some where for income tax refund or it will be credited to my bank A/C directly , generally after how many month a person get income tax refund. 2) now in 09-10 for first 8 month i had again work as acommission agent and for the rest of the year i had jained some PVT company so in the current year i had both Income ie.Form 16A as well as Form 16. i had filed my IT return on 02/08/2010 so when can i expect my TDS refund of the current year.
