Dear Ramesh Thanks for you the great help. I have a pvt ltd company in march 2010 and bank account on 12 april 2010. My sale is less than 10lac but now I need service tax number, due to client's need. 1.Can I file it myself online? or I need a CA. 2. I have registered with http://www.aces.gov.in and it seems I have to fill a form online . 3. Should I have to Fill Non-Assesse or Fill St-1 4.What are the documents required and how to send them. 5.Right now I have no office setup, so what should I gave as address proff. company is registered with resedintial address , same address is in bank account , should I proceed with that? Elect metere or other stuff at that adress is not belongs to company's name or any of directors name but address is accessible to us and ny document too. 6. Also I like to change email address from CA's to mine.How can I do that. I am asking too much question in single query. but I have no other option. Thanks for you online support

Dear Sir, We as Trader want to export, now I have some querries: a)we have membership of EEPC, whether we have to deposit bond value or security with Bond B1,if so how the bond value is calculated. Is there any differenc between bond value and security, b)our godown located at Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai. Is it mandatory to bring the goods at our godown or we can take the goods directly to customs warehouse at Mumbai port and then where to execute bond B1 and which excise officer will sign on ARE1.
