Sir, If any one member maintenance invoice issued by apartment association exceeds Rs. 5000/-, do we need to pay service tax on only excess amount or on full invoice value. Eg ( Invoice value is Rs. 6000. Is ST applicable only Rs. 1000 after considering exemtion of Rs. 5000 or ST applicable on full 6000)
