About me

I am a CA in Practice & I consider my practice as an opportunity to use my knowledge to serve common people. People with technical and professional qualifications who get into entreneurship taking so much risks in India end up hurting themselves for various reasons. Common reasons include lack of basic understanding of financial concepts, basic legal knowledge relating to Taxes, Company Law etc, improper start up planning and erroneous professional advice from those who they trust.

I use this account during my free time as learning opportunity by solving complicated queries posed in expert column wherever I get time. I have done great deal of studies in field of GST. Further, My areas of interest are Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Service Tax, Foreign Exchange Regulations & Accounting standard / IND AS advisory.

The opinions that I give are solely based on the limited facts given in the forum. My opinion may change if i get to know any additional information about the issue. I also get assistance from group of qualified professionals specializing in various fields when I get to face complicated Issues. as per latest rbi notification in November 2015 fdi is freely allowed in llp I.e in sector where 100% fdi is permitted under automatic route is there any reporting requirements to rbi ? n how ? what are the formalities if a foreign citizen is in India on stay visit for more than 182days will it still be call FDI in llp if so what will be the formalities? urgent if the LLP is plan for services like couching dance
