: calculation of loan loss provision
allo freinds, I am working in NBFC .in our company we provide 1% provision on the total loan advances to customer every month. now in current mont out of total loan advance 5 customer has been declared as defaulters who are not paying form last three months. so we decided to provide 10% on these five customer. My query is i should provide 1% on total loan and plus 10% on these five loans. or i should exclude these five loans and provide 1% on reaming and then 10% on five loans. -

Dear sir, Good evening., Can I know whether cenvat credit in respect of furnace oil, turpentine oil etc used in manufacture of final products(aluminium powder) is allowable. As per definiton of input goods, cenvat credit on these petrol products are specifically excluded. Kindly confirm me with a case law if possible. -
