Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........

Hello Sir, I have below mentioned queries -- A dealer registered himself in 2012 under MVAT Act when he started manufacturing business. He received the registration certificate also. He did manufacturing business in 2012-13.But from 2013-14 he stopped the manufacturing business and started doing works contracts business under construction which he continued in the same VAT no. till date. He also changed the place of business in Jan 2015. Questions: 1.How to intimate VAT authority about the change of nature of business and change of business place after so many years? 2.Can VAT authority consider the amendments in Registration certificate w.e.f.2013 if application is made now? 3.What would be the correct approach to resolve this isssue? Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I want to know that in case of LLP, is it mandadory to file E-Form-8 for ANNUAL or INTERIM or both, as the case may be? I read on MCA site that it is not mandatory to file E-form-8 for creation, modification and satisfaction of the charge. Kindly solve this Query.
