    But my query is in last year I am under TAx audit . Then in the c.Y i.e 12-13 my gross receipt is below 25 Lacs then i am liable to tax audit as I am under tax audit in last year.

    thanks for replay but my employer does not respond. i want go legally so give me any idea.for rectify that mistake in etds.
