Dear I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata. Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course. Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)and in object clause of MA company it is mentioned that we can establish a training centre?
