can anybody give clear picture on VAT on SERVICE TAX as follow: one of our customer AMC of firewel charges:10000 add:service tax@10.30% i,e, 11030 again charge VAT under AP @4% on 11030 Is it correct procedure? i came to pe2 on the basis of graduation my last attempt was may 2009. Now can i convert into ipcc. What is the last date for convertion into ipcc. Can any one help me on this please...........I have eligibility certificate for pe2 now can i convert into ipcc.Any one help me please iam requesting. and tell me the procedure for conversion.
