Dear Mr Sisodia, I am one of the 4 Directors of a Private Ltd firm. A board resolution was passed in 2004 authorizing me to open/operate any bank account for the company severally/individually. The same was signed by 2 Directors. In the resolution it is mentioned that the same is irrevocable, and a separate resolution is not needed each time till the year 2014. Is this resolution enough to open a bank account? If so, how do i submit a 'true certified copy' to the bank? As in, who will certify it?
