sir, my query is - particular school has not filed their e tds statement (24Q) for 1 and 2 qtr of F.Y. 2017-18. tax is deducted and remitted. challans are unconsumed. it is imminent that now if above qtly statement filed then late filing fee is applicable. my query is if after end of 3 qtr, if etds is filed taking into consideration figures of 1, 2 and 3 qtr alongwith earlier unconsumed challans penalty of late filing of fee avoided ? pl advice. VD KULKARNI solapur
