firstly thanks on your rply. as we are aleady charging the both separatly ie labour charges and spare parts and also taxes on it also charges separatly .but service tax dept has issued notice in this mannaer and the notification is i have aleady given kindly reply -

Thanks a lot sir. Can u also tell me what s the reason behind first transfer to DRR than GR and Legal provision is we have to transfer at least 25% to DRR of issue price of Debenture. we have issed debenture for a maturity of 36 months if we transfer 25% per year than DRR is not equal to Payment price. CAn u tell me it is necessary DRR=Redemption price
