i have received professional fees bill that is inclusive of service tax of Rs 35000.so should i deduct TDS on whole amount or excluding service tax .pls suggest me

If employee having Salary more than 10,000 but in in one month he is on leave and earned only Rs.6000 as Salary than Professional tax is equal to 175 or 200..??? this is for the state of Maharashtra pls rly ASAP

my question is that when a listed co. voluntarily delist from all the stock exchange, where it was listed, how to change its cin because now it should be started with 'U' as a non listed company. thanks in advance, answer please
