    My mother buy land of32.5 lac & registry in feb03, took construction loan & again at end for business.my project failed,then I hand over prop to bank, did registry in June17, IT is a LTCG, but I paid that property in my loan clearing, I have nothing in my hand, how to what to do, as per ltcg, tax is much,I don't have anything in my hand, so what to do & how tax can be on least.Can tax be waive off in this case, tax will be made on cii base and indexed or unindexed, how to reduce

    Dear Nimesh, You can submit Form 60 and for non deduction of TDS can submit 15G/H.

    Dear sir, i have not having PAN no. and i want to make FD. can i submit form 60 and for no TDS on interest form 15G/15H. As Per new rule of tds applicable from 1st April 2010.
