    sir in a query asked about allowability of interest expense on unsecured/secured loan which has been taken in personal capacity and which has been invested in partnership firm as capital, you have answered that it is allowable. Can you please tell me the the case law or any circular or notification or anything for refrence. Thank you

    Can a Practicing CA can audit and sign the Balance Sheet of a club where he is also a member ? Also can you Give me some form of Notification or para in Code of Ethics to back your answer so that I can refer to it ? Thanks
