    30 Deduction under section 35AC a Amount, if any, debited to profit and loss account 30a b Amount allowable as deduction 30b c Excess amount allowable as deduction (30b – 30a) 30c 0 Sir this is column no. 30 in which heading is that 'Deduction under section 35AC' and column no. 31 is about any other amount allowable as deduction so please clarify either it is column 30 or 31?

Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents.     My charitable Trust filed IT returns for FY 2008-09 and 2009-10 but did not claim refund of TDS by mistake. Assessments are pending. TDS is reflected in 26AS. What can we do?
