As per Notification No. 27 /2012-CE (N.T.) The refund claim shall be accompanied by a certificate in Annexure A-I, duly signed by the auditor (statutory or any other) certifying the correctness of refund claimed in respect of export of services. Pl clarify what's the meaning of any other auditor here. Whether any practicing Chartered Accountant can issue such certificate when he is not statutory,Tax or Internal auditor of the concern? Sir, I am Purchasing Hosiery Fabric and selling to the manufaturer. manufacturer in turn make cloth and make the export of the same. Sir is there any VAT liabilty to the trader(me). Suggest me to avoid vat liability.
