    sir .. i am a pcc student which is considered better . ? *scoring good in xams by giving it grp wise ( 1 grp in may and other in nov). or getting just pass marks but giving both groups in 1 attempt . (both grps in may)?? coz i have lot of syllabus of grp 2 to be covered and my attempt is due in may 09 .. my id is prab30aug@yahoo.com

    Respected Sir, I hv one quety. We have imported Resuscitation Kit (It is useful for Manual Ventilation, Medical Equipement(Life Saving) from outside India & also paid custom duty. I want to know this product includes in which category(Custom), I heard, vat % depend on this category is it right? This product mainly use for 'Life Saving Equipement/Kit' I want to Custom Category & Vat % on this product for Maharashtra. Awaiting your valuable guidence.

NOW I WANT TO ASK THAT WHETHER I HAVE TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM ICAI FOR SECOND COURSE I AM STUDYING? WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF I DONT TAKE PERMISSION?
