    Hi Sir, I am CA Final student who have been writing 2nd group all these long, but not cleared. Not taken 1st group till now. I am a working mother. Now since, the last attempt for old syllabus is Nov 2009, suppose if i clear one of the old group in nov 09 and have one group pending, will ICAI allow me the write another group in new syllabus may 2010? 2. my next question is shall i take up both the groups in new syllabus in Nov 09? and 3.my last question is, if I take up new syllabus, should i write test papers?

    My principle terminated my friend with a date 31.10.2008.she cleared her second group in this exam.but as on 01.11.2008 she was nt in service.to be honest she cudn send the new deed with her new principal yet.I have heard that we ve to be in service as on 01.11.2008 to clear the exams.I feel she may ask her new principal to give her date of joining articleship as at 01.11.2008..IF HE REJECTS WHAT SHE CAN DO?In the results declared by institute she has cleared the exams..How institute will now be checking she has been in service as on 01.11.2008?What she can do?

    Salary Arrears for the year 1996-97, 1997-98, to 2008-09 received in this year 2009-10. I had separated the Salary income to particular years as per the limits, here my question is whether i have to once again revise the Income Tax returns for those years & have to pay income tax for particular years, or to this year i have to adjust. bcoz bank won't accept the I.T.Challans for earlier years. how maximum benefit i can get? Thanks in Advance
