inspection charges can comeunder technical service u/s 9 then liability to deduct tds on payment made to non resident also arise -

: TA taxable or not
Sir, I want to know that whether the Travelling Allowance to Central Govt. Servant at the time of RETIREMENT is taxable or not? (A person retired from Central Govt. & received Travelling Allowance to travel with his family from his office to home town/permanent address after retirement, the amount of TA is taxable or not). Kindly clarify the same. Thank you Sir. -

sir , actually i completely deduct TDS and deposit it to govt.But not submit my TDS RETURN for A.Y.2009-10 BUT incurrent year i submit TDS RETURN for A.Y.2010-11 till date..So i asked you what process i now followed and what amount penalty i should deposit for return of 2009-10,further is any way for save from this penalty..
