Sir As u said CA is equivalent to PHD.... My question is can a CA ( Throught PE-I, No BCOm or any othergraduation)eligible to join in any course which requires the basic qualification as graduation? For example , can a CA ( no BCOm or any other graduation)do MBA or MCOM directly after completion of CA ? -

1. When were you appointed as paid assistant.- On 15 Dec’03 I have joined 2. Has your firm which you left had informed ICAI about your joining?- Yes Firm had informed ICAI about my joining. 3. What dispute if you do not mind can tell?-I want to start my self independent practice but firms main partner pressurized me for continue my practice under their firm name for atleast one year.I refused their offer than they said I will not accept your resignation.After that they are continue refused for the same. As per my opinion they want to take benefit of my CP in next year. Can u help me more for that matter?
