I have got my Pvt Ltd company registered in nov-2014, I would like to know as to when I will have to file my 1st Annual filing with MCA. What would be the deadline for that? Is it required to be done within 18 months from the date of registration of the company.? Pls guide me. regards Alok

Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........

Dear Aditya, Read ur comments on amalgamation of Pvt with LLP. Request you through light on merger of LLP into Pvt Co. As per my understanding still the provisions of CA 1956 are applicable and as per sec 394 (4) (b)transferor co can be any corporate. Regards Ranjeet

Sir My attempt for CA FINAL is May 2016.When to register for CA FINAL? Because many of my friends registered but they receive old books which is for 2015 only. Since there are many changes expected for 2016 when to register so that I get latest materials ? Please reply
