please reply this query what will be tax treatment on closing stock that we will declere in cmp 3 if we have no itc acording existing vat law we have only stock i mean we have consume all itc of vat law and have only closing stock on apointed date of gst and we migrate in gst as composition dealer

hello sir, as you know only 2 months left for exams, i need some guidance. My status is - in first group i have done only FR and 30% SFM and second group i have completed 3 months back, but i need to revise it again. So sir according to u , i should give only 2nd group or both?

Sir, I have applied for PAN long back but didn't recieve PAN-1. On reapplying got PAN-2. Recently while applying for address of PAN-2, IT dept has informed me that I have PAN-1 as well, which I didn't know till then. They have deleted my PAN-2, which I was using all the time. I have written an application to delete PAN-1 & activate PAN-2. No response. I have lost my PAN-2 during a journey. What shall I do?

I have got my Pvt Ltd company registered in nov-2014, I would like to know as to when I will have to file my 1st Annual filing with MCA. What would be the deadline for that? Is it required to be done within 18 months from the date of registration of the company.? Pls guide me. regards Alok
