Dear Shashi, 1.Please let me know whether a person is eligible to claim leave salary exemption under section 10 if he complete 7 months and 15 days of service? Also he was employed only for the above period of employment. 2. since he was employed for only 7 months and 15 days, how is 10 months average salary is to be calculated if he is eligible to claim exemption under section 10? thanks ?& awaiting your reply -
