I bought a property and paid TDS 1% of sale deed and same day got a default notice for paying additional 19% when checked it was found that 20% penalty has been levied since seller PAN and Adhaar was not linked then we linked PAN and Adhaar and filed correction through traces but still got the same default notice....how do I make the notice null & void now and avoid paying this Additional 19%

Can a Partnership firm (showing income under 44AD) claim deduction of Remuneration/salary of u/s 40b ? Appriciate if you can mention the name of head in ITR4 form. I can see it u/s 44AE only.

I don’t see any coloumn ‘Unclaimed TDS carried forward or brought forward’. Is filling zero in coloumn (6) enough to get it carried forward automatically or there is separate coloumn for doing this?

Sir , if NR have made upi receipts greater than 10 lac from friends and family in indian saving account . How to file itr in this case. How to show this as income as 44AD is not applicable to NR. Please guide . And there is no business. 5 lac transations in which he have given cash to indian friends outside india and received upi in savings account
