The Indian company, is photography company, the Directors are Non Resident. The India Company done some shoot in Malaysia for India Client. The Equipment Hire Charges, like Camera for shoot and other Location Rental Charges are hire in Malaysia and paid in Malaysian By Malaysian Company in which they are also conman directors. Now Indian Company reimbursing the Location rental and equipment charges which has paid by Malaysian Company on behalf of the India Company, whether TDS and Service Tax is applicable? Please clarify

My company is doing construed work in Noida, there is a coming bill from our vendor for Shuttering Material for Use in Constructed site, that bill received in UPVAT, Please clear the my concept, why charging of UPVAT on that bill. according to our view there will be Service Tax on bill.....?
