I am a proprietor, planning to start designing as prof. If taxable service exceeds 9 lakhs in the middle of the FY is it require to remit service tax on whole of amount or on crossing the limit of 9 laks 2) is service tax tobe paid on collection basis, if i receive short payment??? 3) i have telephone bill whether i can take ST credit -
