Sir,can you help me out regarding transfer of focus product scheme is transferred from one person to other then what procedure/accounting/records and statutory compilance to be adopted by both parties first person has transferred duty draw back and duty credit scrip also please let me know on urgent basis... thanks in advance

Dear Sir, Sir mera registration jis partner ke under tha, vo firm se retire ho gaye or dusri firm mai chale gaye .ab mai unhi ke under registered hu. Per mai usi purani firm mai kaam karna chahta hu. Or meri articleship ko 1 year se jyada ho gaya hai . So mai usi purani firm mai rahne ke lie kya kar sakta hu. ?? Kyoki sir mujhe new firm mai bula rahe hai. Or mai jana nahi chahta hu.. Sir Please tell me full procedure to get rid off this situation. Looking forword for your able guidance and cooperation..
