Dear Sir, Can an Indian company bill to a MNC based in India in USD as agreed towards the services rendered and even service tax is added to the Invoice raised to the MNC company based in Inda. ? Also can the MNC pay the same to an Indian Company in the EEFC - USD account ? Is there any violation under FEMA ? Please advise.

hi sir we have dry cleaning company. we are collecting service tax on drycleaning as well as wet cleaning. Now one of my client asking us to show the notification under which laundry and dry cleaning is service taxable ....Please let us know under which notification we are charging service tax on laundry services and dry cleaning services.
