Can service provider take exemption of threshold limit in case of his liability under section 68(2) (partial reverse charge) ???? -

Thanks for reply Sir, We will file NIL return But Sir, we have taxable turnover in crores which we have not collected the service tax as it is paid by our customer i.e recipient.(as per our contract) Please help -

Sir, We are service provider into transportation of goods by road Service Tax paid by recipient only as we never charge in billing which is as per contract. Whether we should file return with NIL OR We have to show the gross billed amount in return which we have not charged ST to our customer and also in which column in ST3 (i.e. deduction of billed amount) otherwise ST3 will calculate the service tax amount on Gross bill amount. Dear sir, my client provided basic advertisement services Rs .3602011 but service receiver not paid amount of service tax Rs.504281. please given to solution sir . and service tax return can claim basic exemption 10 lakh
