I made purchase agreement of open plot at Rs.18,00,000/- and paid Rs.2,50,000/- advance by cash.But the registration value of plot is Rs.7,50,000/-. I have bank balance for rest of the payment. Could you please guide me on this.

Business..can I deposit the full amount 2olakhs I'm my account now in one step or can do in parts...pls reply me..
