: Regarding Property Tax Thane Exemption
Hi Seetharaman Sir, I am looking for some advise on Property Tax Exemption. Last Year a new exemption was published in an article for Women & Senior citizen are exempted from property tax. https://timesproperty.com/news/post/tmc-property-tax-guide-blid4504#7 I want to get it confirmed and need to check how to apply for it ? Dear Sir Greetings...! We have certain doubts in TDS 1. Whether TDS to be deducted on gross (including GST) or on final invoice value (which is final payable amount)? 2. in TDS return, Amount paid/credited to deductee" column should have gross less TDS or final invoice less TDS? 3. Can we able to deduct some months in gross and after that on total final invoice(including GST) because our advertisement party claims GST & TDS were included in their service Please clarify our doubts -
