Thank you Sir for prompt information. Is it necessary to enter into Service Or Work Agreement with him. I could not find out in The list of services which attarct Service Tax.

Dear sir we are doing/construction of tunnel or road and my question is that we are giving contract for fabrication work to a individual and also provide all material to individual related to fabrication work then after its any service tax liability for service receiver (company)
