Dear Sir, I am a Compressors Manufacturer HSN No is 8414 which is under 28% Tax slab but all my raw materials like Motors 8510 which is under 18% Tax Rate Here my doubt is I purchased a material with 18% category if I sell as Compressor spares what would be the rate of tax?

Hello Sir, I have a querry -i am buying a residential house, consideration is Rs 20 lacs while the guideline value is Rs. 12 lacs . soo, whether should i make registry of the purchase as 20 lacs or 12 lakhs? & on which amount i would require to pay the stamp duty 12 or 20 lakhs? In case i make the registry by Rs. 12 lakhs then in future if i sell it, then what would be my cost of acquisition can i claim Rs. 20 lacs as cost of acquisition even if the registry is of 12 lakhs?
