    sir give me the details or any circular about Rate of tax when we move to gst resume from vat resume. one of my friend started his works contract service in vat period ( before June 30, 2017) but completion and amount credited to his account after GST (after july, 2017) , my question is which rate of tax is applicable to him .( he fall in vat under 4% but in GST 12%)

    Sir, During FY 2014-15 my taxable income of Rs 190365 and i have not pay any tax during that year now my arrear of FY 2014-15 paid on FY 2017-18 of Rs 82057 then my new taxable income is 272422. My qustion is how much tax i have pay or is there any relaxation U/S 87A
