Sir one of our client having partnership firm had get done of labor work ( machine shop) worth Rs 53200+ gst 9576 but forgot to deduct the TDS on sub contract 194 (C) how to deal with same?

Dear Sir, Newly formed trust I filed 10A(02-Sub clause (vi) of clause (ac) of sub-section (1) of section 12A) and received the certificate 10AC. Now i need to know whether this can be used for 12A and 80G, or should I file any other form.
